| Participation Procedures
Ø Fill in the Space Reservation Form (at the end of this manual) accurately and fax or mail to us;
Ø After having received your application, a formal contract will be sent to confirm your booth number, rental fee and the deposit of your booth. Please make sure to return it to us in one week. The exhibitors should pay 50% of the total rental fee as the deposit to the organizer within 7 working days after your confirmation. The 50% balance shall be paid before January 31st, 2009;
Ø Deadline of application: January 15th, 2010;
Ø Additional services, such as furniture, flowers, water, power and compressed air should be applied for separately, two months before the exhibition;
Ø Exhibitors cannot remove or sublet their booths to other companies without the permission of the organizing committee;
Ø Exhibitors can only show the exhibits registered in the Space Reservation Form.
Important Note: Reservation without 50% deposit will be treated as invalid. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice for the cost of participation.
