Notes:
1. Meeting room, multi-functional hall and negotiation room shall be ordered 1-2 months in advance and 1 week in advance for the equipments.
2. 4 hours are calculated as one Unit, it will be seen as one Unit within 4 hours and two Units will be seen if more than 4 hours.
3. Rental time is: AM8:00-12:00, PM13:00-17:00.
4. The price is only applicable to exhibition organizer and participant.
5. Facilities and equipment shall be well maintained. Compensation shall be made if any damage occurs. Deposit of RMB 2,000 Yuan is required for construction inside the meeting rooms.
