Notes:
1. One exhibition period is 10 days, two exhibition period will be calculated if more than 10 days.
2. Any overtime shall be applied and handle the relevant procedure before PM16:00 each day; or, an additional overtime cost of 50% will be charged.
3. Overtime work for exhibition arrangement shall be no late than 24:00 each day, otherwise 3 times of surcharge shall be paid for exhibition arrangement.
4. Construction unit shall provide all necessary construction drawings, effect diagram and circuit diagram to the on-Site Service Center of BEC to perform the relevant procedure and construction permission one week before exhibition construction, 30% surcharge shall be paid if overdue.
5. Before construction, “Letter of Construction Safety Commitment “ shall be signed between the construction unit and BEC.
6. The construction unit shall be responsible for any safety accident occurred during the construction or exhibition, and it will be prohibited to attend in any future construction in Beijing Exhibition Center.
