CIHE & HVAC 2008 was the first session after the integration of the two famous Chinese HVAC exhibitions——CIHE and HVAC China. As an ideal platform of industrial communication and trade, CIHE & HVAC 2008 not only gained the loyal support from most of attendees and exhibitors who have been taking part in the expositions for the past years, but also received the approval from plenty of new attendees and exhibitors. The exposition broke all of thepast records: attendees, 27,698; exhibiting area, 26,750 sqm; exhibitors, 459. Compared with last year, the visitor numbers were up by an amazing 31.4%and the exhibitors were by 18.6%, and international attendees up by 60% on the total number of the previous CIHE 2007 and HVAC China 2007. By enormous visitors and theexhibitors with full-scale products, CIHE & HVAC 2008 established its status of the Asian leading HVAC exposition firmly, and pushed expansive communication space and business
opportunities to the front of industrial attendees and exhibitors.
Most evident at the exhibition was the quantity and quality of new products presented by exhibitors. CIHE & HVAC 2008 will go down in the record books as being a technology fest for the HVAC and building services industry. An exceptionally large display of new and exciting products and technologies kept the visitors busy and theenthusiasm amongst exhibitions was palpable.
CIHE & HVAC 2008 provided a focus on what is happening in our industry, from new products to research to education. The show continues to develop the interaction and collaboration between all those working in the industry, including manufactures, suppliers, distributors and HVAC and building services professionals. 
Visitors to CIHE & HVAC 2008 also had the opportunityto attend an unprecedented series of seminars, presentations and poster sessions, the largest program offered in the history of the exhibition. 6 seminars were scheduled throughout the 3 days. Especially The 11th New Style, Environmental Protection, Energy-saving Material Purchasing, New Technology Promotional Interchange and HVAC Products Material Selecting Trade Fair, 2008 Development Trend of Central Air-conditioning Ventilation System Cleaning Industry and Engineering Application Technology Interchange, 2008 the 4th New Model of Creating Wealth for Radiator, Sino-Korea Floor-heating Industry Development Seminar and Award Meeting for Floor Heating Industry 2007, and 2008 Heat Pump Air-conditioning System Featured Design and Application Seminar. These events attracted most attention from HVAC professionals, totally more than one thousand people attended and expressed their satisfaction to the seminars. Moreover, in order to improve the communication with foreign countries, the organizing committee also invited experts from Korean Boiler Engineering Association and Japan Floor-heating Association to share their experiences and concepts.
For those working in the HVAC industries, professional development and access to information on the latest trends and developments is becoming more important than ever. Visitors to CIHE & HVAC are facing tighter controls, regulations and standards, environmental concerns, and pressure to implement leading-edge technologies and solutions. CIHE & HVAC 2008 provided visitors with a rare opportunity to see the latest technologies, products and services and take part in a comprehensive professional development program all under the one roof.
